You don’t have to be an expert at everything.

When you are unsure of the next step, or simply lack the capacity to do so yourself, what should you do?

You get more people on the problem.

“Get more people on the problem” is a saying that has helped me and my coworkers with difficult problems in the past.

You can solve problems better when you allow others to assist, as they can often bring a different perspective and skillsets to the table.

More People Adds Different Perspectives on the Problem

When other people are involved in the process of solving a problem, they have the opportunity to bring different perspectives into play. This is particularly true if the people involved have different skill sets to begin with.

This environment encourages curiosity and sparks collaboration, enabling new perspectives to converge upon creative solutions.

More People Can Solve Problems Faster Than One Person

If you’re working alone, it will take longer to solve any given problem than if more people were helping.
