The Best Way To Get Started Learning About Leading Software Teams
I love learning about how to lead teams.
Whether it’s a team of three or a team of 300, I am always excited to see what makes them tick and how they work together.
The best leaders I’ve worked with all have one thing in common: they care deeply about their teammates and want them to succeed as much as they want themselves to succeed. They’re willing to go the extra mile for their team members — whether that means offering advice, helping them learn new skills, or just cheering them on when things get tough.
There’s no doubt about it: leading a team is an art form. It takes time and practice to become good at it. But the rewards are endless — both for the leader and for the people who are lucky enough to work with that leader!
