The Best Book I’ve Ever Read On Leadership

There are a TON of books on Leadership.

And I’ve read a lot of them.

The problem with most leadership books is they are hard to apply. I’ve read 90% of John Maxwell’s books on leadership and while inspiring, they don’t offer actionable advice.

The most practical book on Leadership I’ve found is The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier.
