How to Create Raving Fans of Your Product in the First 24 Hours of Your Customer’s Experience

I use and try a lot of different SaaS products. The most common thing I experience is an ask for my biggest challenges.
Rarely, I feel immediately understood when I’m being onboarded. Instead, I get interrogated. I feel as though I’m being placed in a bucket so I can be marketed to more effectively in the future.
My experience with both ConvertKit and Grammarly was different. While they both collected some demographics as I onboarded, it was what they did shortly after I was onboarded that made them stand out above the crowd of SaaS products that I’ve used recently.
